MotoGP dan WorldSBK

1) Major Difference between MotoGP and WSBK is that ALL motoGP bikes are proto-types....meaning there is no street model made to replicate that bike (Mechanicly). Where as in WSBK the bikes that they race come to the race team exactly like you can buy them from your dealer, it's up to them to alter them to their fullest potential.

2) MotoGP bikes are not 500cc's....however they used to be. Now they are around 990cc's make almost 280hp....and as Rossi so graciously showed us at the official test are capable of speeds in excess of 210mph..

MotoGP
- Prototypes (anything goes) (Tidak jual di kedai)
- Limited to 990 cc
- You can make basically any changes to the bike, use any tires, etc...

Valentino Rossi (46) 2008 MotoGP World Championship

Superbikes
- Tuned production motorcycles (like those sold on a motorcycle dealer) (Boleh beli di kedai).
- Bikes are limited to 1000 cc.
- You can actually buy a CBR 1000 RR, by an HRC race kit, tune it a bit and have a race ready Superbike
- 2008, tires are limited to Pirellis.
- Many things can't be changed, like forks formats, brake discs dimensions, engine, frame, etc...
